It's that time of year when you really fancy enjoying some refreshing cocktails in the garden with friends...especially now we can all enjoy life a little more post lockdown! Our tastebuds can often change quite a bit during pregnancy so we have included a wide range for those who may like it sweet or bitter. These are all the perfect drinks to enjoy with bump or baby in tow. Explore our fave non-alcoholic go to drinks so you can join in the party.
Top of the list is Noughty alcohol-free sparkling wine, made from organic Chardonnay grapes. We found it really hard to find a non-alcoholic bubbles that is tasty. And this one is really delish. Pour into a long flute and you won't know the difference...apart from the lack of hangover!

Next up has to be the pre-mixed cans. Many of the ones we tried were super sweet and sickly they were rather hard to stomach. We then discovered these amazing mixed cocktails from Seedlip! Great if you are a new mum and don't have the engery or time to create any fancy concoctions, just open and enjoy.

If you haven't discovered 'thebestmocktails' yet then you have to check them out. They create brilliant non-alcoholic cocktails. A refreshing way to re-hydrate, especially if you are breastfeeding. This ginger ale based grapefruit recipe is just scrummy.
Beer with the bump? No problem! There are plenty of zero alcohol beers out there but we thought we would share our favourite. We have discovered Birra Moretti Zero and love it! The design still feels like you are drinking the real deal and the flavour is just as good as the original.

For a less sweet pre-mixed option you have to try 'Nogroni'. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy this delicious non-alcoholic cocktail alternative.

Super low alcohol pre-mixed Gordon's G&T ticks the box for those G&T lovers. You wouldn't know this isn't the classic gin and tonic, the flavours are just that good.

Last but not least is a classic Waitrose recipe, super simple and easy to make with top quality ingredients. This is their Spiced Apple & Mango Cooler Mocktail. We loved this one as it was so easy to make with a small list of ingredients AND it has that tropical feel which we are all over.
