We want to make sure that you love your Avery Row products. If you received an incorrect item, wish to make return or have a faulty product then please see below for more details.
30 Day Returns
We accept returns on orders placed within 30 days, both on full price and sale items. Products must unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. The cost of returning the good is the customer's responsibility. We will refund the product cost to the original payment method. We're afraid we don't currently offer exchanges.
Personalised Products
If you have any problems with a personalised product, please contact our friendly customer team directly by clicking the link below. Our online returns portal is for non-personalised products only. Visit our FAQ's to help answer any questions you have about your personalised product.
Faulty Products
If you have received a faulty product you can also log your request through our returns portal. For faulty products we cover the cost of the return and can offer an exchange or refund.
