RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We’re certain you’ll love your purchase as much as we do, but if you wish to return an item or there is a problem with your order we will happily offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the good.
Your item may be exchanged or refunded providing that it is returned to us in its original condition. The item must not be used or washed and must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels attached. We cannot refund or exchange non-faulty items that have been used, damaged or which have had tags removed. In any such case the item will be returned to you at your cost.
Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, we kindly ask that you contact us.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges:
- on sale items
- to international customers
Please take care to package the item so that it is not damaged in transit and is returned to us safely. We are unable to accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
How to return your item
To return an item, simply follow the instructions on your Returns form and send the unused items with the Returns form and all original packaging to:

If you no longer have your Returns form, you can download a new one by clicking on this link . You must complete all necessary details in order for us to be able to process your return. We recommend that you use a safe and tracked shipping method to return the item to us.
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and subject to approval, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3 working days and your account credited within 28 days. Returns are refunded in the original payment form.
After 14 days, Avery Row cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
If you have placed an order which you later wish to cancel, please contact us. We will try to process a cancellation if we receive your request in time, but this will not be possible if the item has already been dispatched. In the event that we are unable to cancel an order for you, you will need to follow the returns procedure above.
