About Our Products
Where are your products made?
The majority of our textile products are made are made at our manufacturer in southern India. They are GOTS certified and we personally audit them to ensure the working standards are to the highest quality for their team. Our knits are made in northern India while our woven seagrass baskets are made in Vietnam.
How do I know your products are safe?
An independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products is carried out at all stages of production. Most importantly, our supplier is certified in product class I which applies to textile items for babies and toddlers up to 3 years, which is the most stringent criteria applied, forbidding the use of harsh chemicals including as azo dyes and formaldehyde.
Are your products sustainably made?
We are constantly striving to be more eco-friendly as a business. We only use GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) Certified Organic Cotton and GRS (Global Recycling Standard) Recycled Polyester. Our dyes are also GOTS certified. All of this ensures our impact on the environment is much less. Please see our 'Do Good' section for more information.
What certification do you products have?
We use GOTS certified organic cotton, GOTS certified organic dyes and GRS certified recycled polyester.
Why do use organic cotton and recycled materials?
Organic cotton is really important to us. The impact that cotton production has on our environment is pretty costly. Regular cotton production uses harsh pesticides. These run off with rain water into the local rivers, contaminating water supplies and the local ecosystem. This can have a devastating effect on the health of the community and habitats. Organic cotton production doesn't use these harsh chemicals, therefore preserving a healthy, happy community and ecosystem!

Personalisation
How do I personalise my product?
Type the name into the text box shown on the product page. Please note, this is case sensitive, so include any capitals, lowercase and punctuation characters exactly as you would like them to appear on the products
There is a 10 character limit. Select the font and thread colour of your choice from the options.
Can I make any changes to a personalised product after I've placed my order?
Once you have placed your order, you are unable to make further changes. However, if you have noticed an error upon receiving your email confirmation, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately at customercare@avery-row.com and they will advise if it is possible to accommodate any changes. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee this.
How is it personalised?
Our products are personalised in the UK using an embroidery machine.
When will I receive my personalised product?
Please allow up to 7 working days from placing your order to the delivery of your personalised product. All personalised products are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail and will arrive separately to any non-personalised products in your order. Please note, you will only be charged one delivery charge for orders that arrive.
Can I return a personalised product?
Personalised products are non-refundable, so please ensure you are 100% happy with your selection of product and choice of text, font and thread colour before placing your order.
Avery Row does not accept any responsibility for returns, exchanges or refunds in the case of the customer selecting the incorrect product, inputting the incorrect text or selecting the incorrect font or colour.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been despatched yet then we can of course make changes to your order. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If your order hasn't been despatched yet then we can of course amend your shipping address. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Do you offer a discount for first orders?
We do indeed! You can enjoy 10% off your first order with us as a little welcome treat. Simply subscribe to our newsletter for your code to land in your inbox.

Where do I add my voucher code?
If you have a voucher or discount code you add this once you are at checkout.
Is your payment system secure?
Yes. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don not store any of you payment information.
Can I buy a gift card for your online store?

How can I request a VAT receipt for my order?
Please contact us to request your VAT receipt and we will email this over to you.

Please note, all orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, during the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles may take up to a day or two longer for delivery.
Which countries do you deliver to oursite the UK?
I'm afraid we don't currently ship outside of the UK. We are working on shipping to the Europe soon.
Can you despatch or deliver orders at the weekend?
We despatch orders Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). All orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, during the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
We do offer a saturday delivery option. Please see this information below.

What time is your next day delivery cut off?
Our next day delivery service cut off is 1pm and is available Mon - Thurs. If you order past 1pm on a Thursday your order will be despatched on the Friday and will then arrive the next working day.
I've only received part of my order or an incorrect item
We are sorry you have a problem with your order please head to our returns page where you will be able to access our returns portal.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on orders placed within 30 days, both on full price and sale items. Products must unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. The cost of returning the good is the customer's responsibility. We will refund the product cost to the original payment method. We're afraid we don't currently offer exchanges.
How do I return a product that is unwanted or faulty?
Simply head over to our returns page and log your returns in our returns portal.
