How do I care for my baby mat?

We recommend that you machine wash your mat on a 30°C delicates wash cycle. Reshape when wet and leave to dry flat. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.

Can I send my purchase as a gift?

Yes, your gift can be delivered directly to the recipient with a complementary gift card containing a personalised message from you. For purchases of the Go Everywhere Mat, we also offer a premium gift packaging service which includes tissue wrapping and a beautiful ribbon tied gift box for £5.

Where are your products made?

The GEM, bed sheets, fabric by the metre and cushions are all designed and made in the UK. The blankets are designed by us and made in India by a supplier that complies with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (see below question for more details). Baskets are fair-trade and handwoven by a women's co-operative in Kenya.

We stock rugs by Dash & Albert, who work with small, family-owned manufacturers in India to ensure the best quality products produced in fair-labour, fair-market conditions. 

How do I know your products are safe for my baby?

For our UK made products, we have undertaken extensive professional testing to ensure that all the raw materials used in our products are safe for baby use. The leather strap has also been tested to ensure it is free from any harmful chemicals. Please note that the leather strap is not a toy and should be for adult use only.

Our blankets are made in India by a supplier that complies with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 - an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products at all stages of production. Most importantly, our supplier is certified in product class I which applies to textile items for babies and toddlers up to 3 years, which is the most stringent criteria applied, forbidding the use of harsh chemicals including as azo dyes and formaldehyde. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We take VISA, Mastercard and AMEX credit and debit cards and PayPal via our secure online payment system.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

Which postal/courier service do you use?

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force within the UK, and Parcel Force for international customers.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do. Please refer to our delivery page for further information.

If I make an order from outside the UK, will I have to pay taxes and duties?

If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. Avery Row has no control over such charges and cannot predict them.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Can I use your product images on my blog?

Yes, we appreciate you spreading the word! However, if you're going to use our images, please do link back to our website.
