Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! When you spend over £70 you will automatically get free delivery on your order.
Do you offer a gift service?
We offer a gift service for any of those orders you want to make a little extra special. To ensure we keep our impact on Mother Earth as low as possible, our gift service consists of a rather lovely re-usable, branded, drawstring bag made from organic cotton along with a hand written gift note. Our gift notes are hand written on one of our gorgeous uncoated, textured note cards. To add our £5 gift service to your order, simply select the box at checkout. If your gift is ever so generous and one gift back won't cut it, then fear not, we will be using additional gift bags to ensure your parcel looks beautiful. Any items that are too large will have a gift bag popped in the parcel along with the gift note.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Of course, this is part of our £5 gift service as mentioned above. Our gift notes are hand written on one of our gorgeous uncoated, textured note cards.
How is my order packaged?
We believe in beautiful packaging that is also great on the environment. We use Kraft boxes sealed with our branded brown gum tape. We don't include any packing slips or order information in our parcels to avoid any extra paper being printed so this is all via email.
Where are your products made?
All our products are lovingly designed by us in the UK and beautifully made in India. Our suppliers comply with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (see below question for more details). Our woven baskets are hand woven in Vietnam and our night lights are made in China.
How are your products eco-friendly?
We are constantly striving to be more eco-friendly as a business. We now only use Organic Cotton in our the manufacture of products and have recently moved over to using Recycled Polyester Wadding. Our dyes are also organic and natural. All of this ensures our impact on the environment is much less. Please see our 'Do Good' section under our 'Information Section' for more information.
How do I know your products are safe for my baby?
An independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products is carried out at all stages of production. Most importantly, our supplier is certified in product class I which applies to textile items for babies and toddlers up to 3 years, which is the most stringent criteria applied, forbidding the use of harsh chemicals including as azo dyes and formaldehyde.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal via our secure online payment system.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don not store any of you payment information.
Which postal/courier service do you use?
We use Evri for our Standard Shipping and DPD for our Next Working Day and Saturday service.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we have had to suspend shipping outside of the UK. This option will be back soon.
If I make and order from outside the UK, will I have to pay taxes and duties?
Currently we have had to suspend shipping outside of the UK. This option will be back soon. If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. Avery Row has no control over such charges and cannot predict them.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Please email us at customercare@avery-row.com if you would like to cancel an order. If the order has not been dispatched then the order can be cancelled. If it has been dispatched it is the customer responsibility to return the item for a refund. Please see our 'Delivery & Returns' page for details on returns and refunds.
Can I use your product images on my blog?
Yes, we appreciate you spreading the word! However, if would like to use our images please get in contact with us.
