PACKAGING & GIFT SERVICE
We believe in beautiful packaging that is also good for the environment. We use recycled Kraft boxes and paper sacks with recycled cardboard filling to send your packages, and we seal these with our branded brown gum tape. We don't include any packing slips or order information in our parcels to avoid any extra paper being printed - this is all sent via email.
We offer a gift service for any of those orders you want to make a little extra special. To ensure we keep our impact on Mother Earth as low as possible, our gift service consists of a rather lovely re-usable, branded, drawstring bag made from organic cotton along with a hand written gift note. Our gift notes are hand written on one of our gorgeous uncoated, textured note cards. To add our £5 gift service to your order, simply select the box at checkout. If your gift is ever so generous and one gift back won't cut it, then fear not, we will be using additional gift bags to ensure your parcel looks beautiful. Any items that are too large will have a gift bag popped in the parcel along with the gift note.

£15.50 Saturday Delivery (order by 1pm Fri)
Larger items, such as our seagrass baskets, are not available for Standard delivery. Our Standard and Saturday delivery options both use tracked Royal Mail services. Our Next Day delivery option uses DPD guaranteed. Please note, all orders placed after 1pm on a Friday and during the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles may take up to a day or two longer for delivery.
EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING
Please note deliveries to Europe have currently been suspended. We are working hard to get our shipping up and running to the world again. Please contact customercare@avery-row.com for more information. We are very sorry for this but will hopefully be shipping to Europe and the rest of the world again soon.

RETURNS
You can request a return online using our returns portal.
If you wish to return an item we will happily offer a refund within 30 days of receipt of the good. Products must be returned in an unused, unwashed condition in their original packaging.
The cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a signed for service as we do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
We offer returns on both full price and sale items.
We will notify you by email once your return has been received. Your refund excluding delivery costs will be processed within 3 working days and your account credited within 28 days. Returns are refunded in the original payment form. We do not offer exchanges.
