After an extremely busy lead up to Christmas, we booked a very last minute trip to the Caribbean with friends. The location was beautiful - a small beach in St Lucia nestled between the 2 imposing Pitons mountains. Bliss!

First stop, time to dip our toes in the water and discover the wonder of footprints in the sand...

For the older kids, nothing could match the excitement of travelling in a very PINK took tuk. And downtime was spent colouring in a shady corner.

If Avery Row ever had a store, this would be the dream location! This beach hut had a gorgeous collection of beach clothes and accessories and quite a few cute bits for the kids too. 

All in all a wonderful trip, lots of relaxation, family QT and time to think...refreshed and ready for new adventures and challenges in 2016.
